Loss Adjuster - Property Claims, Doha

About the role

Complex Claims International, a multidisciplinary insurance claims and risk advisory firm, is hiring a full-time, on-site Loss Adjuster in Doha, Qatar. The Loss Adjuster investigates and assesses property and other insured losses, conducts site visits, gathers evidence and prepares detailed, objective reports.

Key responsibilities

• Review policy coverage and quantify losses
• Negotiate fair settlements and manage claims from first notification through to closure
• Collaborate with insurers, brokers, legal advisors and clients to ensure timely communication and accurate documentation
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and support risk advisory projects
• Uphold professional and regulatory standards in claims handling

Required profile

• Experience in claims management and adjustments, able to manage end-to-end claim lifecycles and negotiate settlements
• Solid understanding of insurance principles and coverage interpretation, especially in property and commercial lines
• Practical experience with property claims, including damage evaluation, cost estimation and liaison with technical experts
• Bachelor's degree in insurance, finance, engineering, law or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English; Arabic and regional market experience in Qatar or the GCC are an advantage
