Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor safeguards the property, guests, and assets at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha. This full‑time position involves patrolling the hotel, conducting safety inspections, managing emergencies, and overseeing access control and security systems.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with room access.
• Conduct daily physical hazard and safety inspections, emergency response drills, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS as needed.
• Gather information, complete confidential reports and maintain documentation.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage laws.
• Support management in training, motivating and coaching staff while upholding the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related loss‑prevention or security experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
