About the role

Join Qatar Airways' Privilege Club as a Loyalty Airline Partnership Specialist in Doha. You will design, negotiate, and implement airline loyalty partnerships that align with the airline’s commercial strategy and oneworld alliance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop partnership models that create new member benefits, increase earning opportunities, and expand redemption options.
• Ensure partnership structures align with Qatar Airways’ alliance strategy and commercial frameworks, including Joint Business and Codeshare agreements.
• Manage day‑to‑day partner relationships, resolve queries, and drive continuous proposition enhancements.
• Coordinate onboarding of new partners, overseeing contract finalisation, technical setup, and go‑live readiness.
• Collaborate with internal business, technology, and operational teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor partnership performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and support KPI delivery such as revenue contribution and member engagement.
• Assess member propositions, pricing, and competitive benchmarks to keep the programme compelling.
• Support review and implementation of commercial, contractual, and operational terms.
