Maintenance Scheduler – Asset Maintenance Planning

About the role

The Maintenance Scheduler will support the Asset Maintenance Team by creating and managing schedules that maximise resource utilisation and ensure reliable operation of on‑shore assets. The role is part of a recruitment campaign slated for late 2026 and requires candidates to attend an in‑person interview.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules in line with EHS procedures, lessons learned and improvement areas.
• Review, revise and monitor Maintenance KPI related to scheduling compliance.
• Prioritise tasks based on resource availability and generate weekly performance reports and a 12‑week look‑ahead.
• Consolidate executable backlog from SAP (statuses RSCH/SCHD/INPG) and adjust schedules according to LACD and resource constraints.
• Integrate preventive and corrective maintenance work orders (PM/CM) into the 14‑day schedule (14DS) for all stakeholders.
• Perform quality checks, manage material reservations and coordinate with the warehouse for job readiness.
• Facilitate weekly Asset 14DS meetings and ensure timely release of schedules for PTW purposes.

Required profile

• Higher National Diploma.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry, including at least 3 years in a dedicated planning or scheduling role.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with industry‑specific software such as SAP PM.
