Maintenance Technician – F&B Operations

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our food & beverage operations in Doha. You will ensure all restaurant equipment and facilities run safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for restaurant facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues.
• Maintain ovens, refrigerators, freezers, exhaust systems, and other kitchen equipment.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency repair requests.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they cause downtime.
• Coordinate with external contractors when specialised services are required.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare‑part usage.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in F&B, restaurants or hotels.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to work independently, handle urgent requests and flexible hours.
• Valid Qatar driving licence is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
