Management Traineeship – Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Singapore)

About the role

The Management Traineeship is a 24‑month full‑time programme designed to develop high‑potential graduates into future leaders across Aertssen’s Middle East and Asian operations.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial rotation – sales, tendering, client management and contract negotiation.
• Operations rotation – project execution, planning and equipment deployment on site.
• Procurement / Supply Chain rotation – vendor management, sourcing strategies and cost optimisation.
• Strategic Project Assignment – lead or contribute to a cross‑functional project with direct business impact.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering Sciences, Industrial Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with high potential.
• Strong interest in an international career and heavy equipment (cranes, lifting and earthmoving).
• Excellent English communication and analytical skills.
• Adaptable, driven and eager to learn.
