About the role

The Manager, IFEC Editorial Strategy & Campaign will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated campaigns across Qatar Airways' inflight entertainment, digital platforms and marketplace environments. Working at the intersection of content, product and commercial teams, the role ensures cohesive storytelling, consistent brand messaging and seamless execution throughout the passenger journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi‑channel campaign strategies supporting content launches, product features, commercial promotions and marketplace initiatives.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign execution across inflight entertainment systems, mobile applications and digital channels, ensuring on‑time and error‑free launches.
• Execute structured campaigns for product releases, feature rollouts and marketplace promotions, measuring launch performance indicators.
• Prioritise campaigns based on seasonal demand, strategic initiatives and business priorities.
• Track and analyse campaign performance across inflight and digital platforms, reporting on engagement, awareness and conversion KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing integrated marketing or campaign programmes, preferably within aviation or digital entertainment.
• Strong ability to align multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring impact and optimizing results.
• Understanding of inflight entertainment systems, digital content distribution and marketplace dynamics.
