Manager, IFEC Editorial Strategy & Campaign

About the role

As a Manager of IFEC Editorial Strategy and Campaign within Qatar Airways' Product Development & Design division, you will shape the airline’s onboard digital storytelling. You will plan, coordinate and deliver integrated campaigns across in‑flight entertainment, mobile apps and digital marketplaces, ensuring consistent brand messaging throughout the passenger journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi‑channel campaign strategies for content launches, product features, commercial promotions and marketplace initiatives.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign execution across IFE systems, mobile applications and digital channels, ensuring on‑time, error‑free launches.
• Support commercial and product initiatives by executing structured campaigns for product releases, feature roll‑outs and marketplace promotions.
• Prioritise campaigns based on seasonal demand, strategic initiatives and business priorities, optimizing impact.
• Measure campaign success through engagement, awareness and conversion KPIs, tracking performance across inflight and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 + years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience planning, executing and managing digital or media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong expertise in content‑led campaigns, digital campaign calendars and end‑to‑end orchestration.
• Experience supporting product launches, feature roll‑outs or marketplace activations in complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder, project and timeline management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Background in airline, travel, hospitality or premium brand environments, with exposure to inflight entertainment and digital passenger experience platforms.
