About the role

Join Accor’s hospitality brand as a Marketing and Communication Executive, driving integrated campaigns that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch campaigns on digital, social, email and offline media.
• Manage content creation, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to optimise effectiveness.
• Assist with budget planning and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to produce high‑quality marketing assets.
• Support the maintenance of the hotel’s website and social media presence.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of events, promotions and special projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality marketing or a similar role.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding and public relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative thinker with solid project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
