Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, a five‑star resort in Lusail, Qatar. The role will shape brand perception, drive business growth and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing communications plans aligned with business objectives and budget.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets and industry influencers; prepare press releases, media kits and coordinate interviews.
• Oversee creation of high‑quality written and visual content for website, social media, advertising and internal communications.
• Manage social‑media channels, develop digital campaigns, email marketing and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead crisis communication efforts and maintain a media contact database with coverage analytics.
• Recruit, mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering collaboration with design and creative departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and communications within the hospitality or luxury leisure sector.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a multidisciplinary team.
