Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies for our five‑star resort in Lusail, Qatar. The role will enhance brand presence, drive business growth and ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communications plans aligned with business objectives and budgets.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets and industry influencers; prepare press releases, media kits and coordinate interviews.
• Manage crisis communications and maintain a media contact database with coverage analytics.
• Oversee creation of high‑quality written and visual content for marketing materials, website, social media and internal communications.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email campaigns and performance monitoring.
• Recruit, develop and mentor the marketing team to achieve ambitious goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies.
• Strong background in media relations and public relations within a hospitality or luxury brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
• Analytical mindset with experience monitoring campaign performance and market trends.
