Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as a Marketing Coordinator. You will support the Marketing & Communications team in creating and executing integrated campaigns that reflect the distinct brand identities of Raffles and Fairmont.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing activities and campaigns for both hotel brands.
• Assist in developing digital, social media, email, website and traditional marketing initiatives.
• Manage content creation, including photography, videography, graphic design and copywriting.
• Maintain social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
• Support planning and execution of hotel events, activations, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Prepare marketing briefs, presentations, campaign calendars, reports and performance updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, hospitality or luxury lifestyle sectors preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple internal departments and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with marketing and content‑management tools.
