Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

Al Emadi Enterprises is looking for a driven Marketing & E‑Commerce Specialist to manage its diverse portfolio across real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, food & beverage and digital commerce. The role will own the online customer journey, run performance‑driven campaigns and coordinate high‑impact events in Qatar and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain e‑commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory sync and promotions.
• Optimize user experience and conversion rates, reducing cart abandonment and improving navigation.
• Track and analyse traffic, conversion, AOV and other metrics, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Plan, execute and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on acquisition, retention and ROI.
• Develop multi‑purpose marketing strategies for retail sales, brand awareness and B2B initiatives.
• Manage content calendars and social media channels, using official product photography and brand guidelines.
• Organise and execute promotional events, trade shows and product launches locally and internationally, handling logistics and vendor relationships.
• Measure event ROI through lead generation, sales impact and brand visibility.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in e‑commerce operations, digital marketing and event management, preferably in the GCC.
• Strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; bilingual Arabic is a plus.
