Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive the hotel’s brand visibility and guest engagement through integrated marketing initiatives. Working closely with sales and operations, you will shape campaigns that highlight Banyan Tree Doha’s unique blend of luxury and cultural hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to develop promotional materials and packages.
• Manage social media accounts, engage with guests, and respond to inquiries.
• Analyze marketing data, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and partnership activities to increase hotel visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
