Marketing Executive

About the role

ClassMate, Qatar's leading student platform with the largest student database in the country, is looking for a Marketing Executive in Lusail. The role shapes how ClassMate connects with students and partner brands through social media, digital campaigns, creator collaborations and on-ground activations, with responsibility for campaigns and allocated marketing budgets. It suits fresh graduates and candidates with a few years of marketing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels such as Instagram and TikTok, plan content calendars, write captions and engage with the online community
• Develop ideas for reels, stories, videos, brand launches and student-focused campaigns, and support content creation including filming and coordinating shoots with creators and partners
• Plan and run campaigns that raise brand awareness, drive user acquisition and engagement
• Coordinate with student content creators, brand partners, designers and production teams
• Help deliver campus activations, events and other offline marketing activities
• Manage campaign budgets, track spending and recommend improvements
• Monitor social media and campaign performance and use insights to improve future activity

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or someone with a few years of marketing or social media experience
• Completed studies and available for full-time, office-based work in Lusail
• Strong communication and organisational skills, and a good understanding of social media and digital trends
• Strong English; Arabic is an advantage

Required skills

• Content creation and video editing are a plus
• Paid advertising and marketing analytics are a plus
