Marketing Manager (Automotive)

About the role

The Marketing Manager – Automotive will design and execute integrated marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales across the GCC automotive market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate digital, social, and traditional campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support automotive sales and brand positioning.
• Plan, launch and manage multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social media, SEO/SEM and traditional media.
• Oversee brand communication to maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
• Lead digital initiatives, including social media management, SEO, SEM and online advertising.
• Coordinate product launches, showroom events and promotional activities.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to inform decisions.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost‑effective execution.
• Work with external agencies, media partners and suppliers.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of automotive market trends and customer behavior in the GCC.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
