Marketing Manager – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – Automotive to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and plans aligned with automotive business objectives, sales targets, and brand positioning.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, CRM, and other customer touchpoints.
• Lead brand management activities and ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Coordinate new vehicle launches, showroom activations, exhibitions, customer events, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and campaign performance to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of the GCC automotive market, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
• Proven experience managing marketing budgets, media planning, agencies, events, and external partners.
