Marketing Manager – Ticketing & Events Platform

About the role

Snoonu City is Qatar’s leading ticketing platform for cultural events, kids’ activities, courses, championships and entertainment experiences. As Marketing Manager you will own the strategy and execution of the Snoonu City brand, driving audience acquisition, content creation and measurable ticket conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Snoonu City marketing roadmap aligned with company objectives and the broader Snoonu brand.
• Lead a dual‑track acquisition engine targeting existing Snoonu users (cross‑sell) and new‑to‑app users.
• Define and implement a content strategy that reflects local cultural relevance and trend responsiveness.
• Own the growth funnel from engagement to app traffic and event conversion, delivering a structured monthly content calendar.
• Act as the primary liaison between Commercial, Product and Marketing teams.
• Track, report and optimise primary and secondary KPIs on a monthly basis.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in events or ticketing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• Creative sensibility with a focus on culturally resonant content.
• Ownership mindset for outcomes from follower growth to ticket sales.
