Marketing Officer – Education Sector

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Officer to join an established education organisation in Doha. The role works closely with senior leadership, the enrolment team and the wider marketing function to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support enrolment growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan that drives awareness, qualified leads, enrolment growth and retention.
• Maintain brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communications.
• Plan and manage content calendars for social media, email, website and other channels, creating photography and video assets.
• Oversee website content accuracy, functionality and updates in line with marketing objectives.
• Manage social media presence, create engaging posts, monitor community interaction and optimise performance.
• Design, send and analyse email campaigns, supporting CRM utilisation to nurture leads.
• Coordinate events, promotional activities and offline marketing collateral.
• Gather testimonials, manage reviews and leverage word‑of‑mouth marketing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of marketing or marketing communications experience.
• Creative, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ownership, proactive approach and focus on measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with internal and external partners.
• Strong planning, project management and prioritisation skills.
• High attention to detail, especially when proofreading and reviewing content.
• Collaborative team player with a flexible, positive attitude.
