Marketing Specialist (Doha)

About the role

Arkan Marketing Services is seeking a creative, organised and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to join its Doha office. The role is hands‑on and covers content planning, graphic design, social media management, paid advertising, campaign coordination and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly social media content plans and develop ideas for posts, Reels, Stories, campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Design social media graphics, banners, advertisements and other marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma.
• Write clear, engaging captions, campaign copy and promotional content.
• Manage social media pages, publishing schedules and daily content activity, monitoring trends and introducing fresh ideas.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google, testing creatives, audiences and placements.
• Track and report KPIs such as sales, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions, reach and engagement, preparing regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with product, campaign and influencer teams to support launches, promotions and other marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven hands‑on experience in marketing, social media, content creation, graphic design or paid advertising.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and time‑management abilities, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Based in Qatar and available to work full‑time on‑site in Doha.
