Marketing Specialist – One‑Month Temporary Role

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team for a short‑term, one‑month project in Qatar. The role is on‑site and focuses on supporting marketing campaigns, event promotions, and on‑ground activations while ensuring all communications are delivered in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms in Arabic and English.
• Support event marketing, promotions, and on‑site activations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance against set KPIs.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with branding guidelines.
• Provide on‑ground support during events and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Currently based in Qatar and available for immediate, on‑site start.
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
