Marshall – Crowd Management & Access Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for Marshalls to support crowd movement, access management and operational coordination on a large‑scale project in Doha. The role involves directing visitors, monitoring queues and ensuring a safe, orderly environment while providing clear information.

Key responsibilities

• Direct visitors, pedestrians and personnel within assigned areas.
• Support crowd management and orderly movement.
• Provide clear directions and basic information.
• Monitor entrances, exits, queues and designated operational areas.
• Assist with access and movement during busy periods.
• Identify and report potential safety or security concerns.
• Coordinate with supervisors, Security and Operations teams.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, security, customer service, crowd management or operational support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Presentable, professional and confident when dealing with the public.
• Able to stand and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
