Membership, Licensing & Trade Specialist

About the role

A leading organization is seeking a Membership, Licensing & Trade Specialist to support regulatory administration, compliance activities, stakeholder coordination, reporting and operational processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in regulatory operations, licensing, compliance and stakeholder engagement within a structured professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support membership registration, licensing and related administrative activities.
• Process, review and verify operational documentation and records, maintaining accurate databases and compliance records.
• Coordinate with government entities, regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, statistical summaries and briefing materials.
• Support audits, compliance reviews and governance‑related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Early‑career Qatari nationals encouraged; non‑Qataris must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, licensing, trade operations or regulatory affairs.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
