MEP Engineer – Project Management & Interior Fit‑Out (Doha)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on architectural, construction and interior fit‑out projects in Doha. The role involves full‑cycle management from planning through final handover, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and Qatar standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP works across all project phases.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting and related building services.
• Coordinate daily activities with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals and material approvals.
• Monitor project schedules, site progress, quality, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Identify design conflicts, technical issues, risks and delays and propose solutions.
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, project requirements and Qatar standards.
• Attend client, consultant and site meetings and provide clear project updates.
• Represent the company in professional videos, social media content and site presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of proven MEP project management experience in Doha.
• Demonstrated experience in interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, testing and commissioning.
• Ability to read and review architectural and MEP drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with engineering and project management software.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Current Qatar residence permit.
