Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM Support Engineer (Functional)

About the role

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking a Dynamics CRM Functional Support Engineer to maintain and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments across enterprise settings. The role focuses on functional support, system configuration, and ensuring smooth daily operations for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional L2/L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
• Analyze and resolve business and functional CRM issues across Sales, Customer Service, and Case Management modules.
• Configure CRM components such as forms, views, dashboards, and entities.
• Maintain workflows, business rules, and process automation.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, and security settings.
• Support UAT, user training, and business acceptance activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for escalations and ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of functional support experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and ability to work with technical teams.
