Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced D365 Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves working closely with functional consultants, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver scalable and reliable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Develop integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Develop plugins, workflows, reports, and business logic.
• Support data migration, upgrades, deployments, UAT, and go-live.
• Collaborate with functional teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in solution architecture and technical estimation.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical development.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is an advantage.
