نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتيح برنامج التدريب في فندق ماريوت فرصة للطلاب الجامعيين لاكتساب خبرة عملية في قطاع الضيافة وإدارة الفنادق. سيتعرف المتدرب على عمليات الفندق من الأرض إلى القمة، ويغمر نفسه في ثقافة ماريوت العالمية.
المهام الرئيسية
- التعرف على مختلف أقسام الفندق والعمل معها بشكل عملي.
- المشاركة في أنشطة تشغيلية يومية لتطوير الفهم العملي لإدارة الضيافة.
الملف المطلوب
- أن تكون طالبًا حاليًا في جامعة أو كلية.
- الاهتمام بمجال السفر والضيافة ورغبة في اكتساب خبرة مهنية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التعلم السريع والعمل ضمن فريق.
- مهارات التواصل الأساسية.
