نبذة عن الوظيفة
يُتيح برنامج التدريب الفندقي في ماريوت للطلاب فرصة التعرف على عمليات الفندق من خلال تجربة عملية مباشرة. يندمج المتدرب في ثقافة ماريوت ويستكشف مختلف أقسام الفندق لاكتساب خبرة عملية في إدارة الضيافة.
المهام الرئيسية
- التعرف على عمليات الفندق اليومية والعمل ضمن فرق متعددة.
- المشاركة في أنشطة التدريب العملية في أقسام مختلفة داخل الفندق.
الملف المطلوب
- أن تكون طالبًا جامعيًا حاليًا.
- الاهتمام بصناعة الضيافة والسفر.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التعلم السريع والعمل ضمن فريق.
- الاهتمام بتقديم خدمة متميزة للضيوف.
