Multi NDT Inspector - Shutdown Project, Qatar

About the role

Synigence Global Services is recruiting experienced Multi NDT Inspectors for a shutdown project at ORYX GTL in Qatar. The assignment lasts about 2 to 4 months, with 12-hour duty days. The inspector carries out non-destructive testing and helps identify flaws in inspected materials and components, including through ultrasonic testing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform NDT inspections using applicable methods, including UT, MT and PT
• Detect and assess flaws using ultrasonic testing
• Follow approved inspection procedures and applicable safety requirements
• Record and report inspection findings

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• 6 to 10 years of NDT experience

Required skills

• Preferred: ASNT Level II certification in UT, MT and PT, with UT flaw-detection knowledge
• Preferred: PCN 3.2 certification for plate and pipe UT
