Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician

About the role

The Multi‑Skilled Facilities Technician is responsible for preventive, corrective and reactive electromechanical maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air‑conditioning and cooling systems. The role supports reliable operation of all electromechanical equipment in school and kindergarten environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electromechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Maintain HVAC, air‑conditioning and cooling systems.
• Conduct routine equipment and system inspections.
• Identify and report defects and maintenance requirements.
• Support reliable operation of electromechanical systems.
• Respond to technical faults and work orders.
• Coordinate complex issues with supervisors and engineers.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years total experience, including 3 years in schools or kindergartens.
• Good communication skills.
• English required; Arabic preferred.
• Relevant professional technical certifications preferred.
