Network Administrator (Qatari nationals only)

About the role

The Network Administrator will support the administration and maintenance of the bank's entire network infrastructure and telecommunications systems, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted services for both the business and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and VPN equipment, providing support for network and telecommunications incidents.
• Configure network changes, coordinate with third‑party suppliers, and monitor performance and security controls.
• Update documentation and network diagrams, and recommend upgrades or new deployments.
• Assist in service restoration, data recovery, and provide technical support for ATM roll‑out and maintenance.
• Prepare functional statements and reports in line with business banking policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in networking and telecommunications, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
