OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) – Personnel & Vehicle Escort Specialist

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel and their vehicles into designated work areas. You will track their entry and exit, ensure compliance with base security rules, and maintain situational awareness throughout the assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors and count personnel before and after work.
• Brief escorted personnel on base rules, prohibited items, and safety procedures.
• Maintain visual contact with all escorted individuals and vehicles at all times.
• Coordinate with Force Protection teams to purge work zones and verify that all LN/OCNs have exited the base.
• Report unsafe conditions, suspicious behavior, and any security incidents to the Project/Site Manager and Safety staff.
• Provide emergency response actions, such as moving to protective shelter if required.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to meet USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Valid U.S. passport (preferred) and a clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Eligibility for a NACI/Public Trust security clearance.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a residency visa in the host nation.
• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust, high temperatures, and long hours.
