OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) – Personnel & Vehicle Escort Specialist

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel and their vehicles into work zones, monitoring them throughout their tasks, and ensuring compliance with base security procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Escort LN/OCN personnel from entry facilities to work sites and back, maintaining continuous visual contact.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel and vehicles before and after duties, and report numbers to the appropriate staff.
• Brief escorted individuals on base rules, prohibited items, and emergency procedures.
• Verify that no prohibited or contraband items are brought onto the base.
• Provide safety support, including evacuation to protective shelters if needed.
• Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff of unsafe conditions or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and a state of readiness for any incident.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a residency visa in the host nation.
• Valid U.S. passport (preferred) and a clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Eligibility to meet current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Willingness to work in extreme environmental conditions, endure long hours, and travel 100% overseas.
• Security clearance: NACI/Public Trust.
