Odoo ERP Sales Consultant

About the role

Nawah for Technical Solutions and Software W.L.L is a Doha-based Odoo partner delivering ERP implementation, customization and custom software for manufacturing, trading, HR and manpower supply and facilities management companies across Qatar and the GCC. It is also the developer of WinDoorERP, a specialized Odoo-based ERP for uPVC and aluminum window and door manufacturers. The company is looking for an Odoo ERP Sales Consultant who understands how businesses operate, can turn their challenges into ERP solutions and can take a deal from first meeting to signed contract.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and manage leads and opportunities in Odoo CRM
• Run discovery meetings and map client business processes to Odoo modules
• Deliver tailored Odoo and WinDoorERP product demonstrations
• Prepare proposals, quotations and scopes of work with the technical team
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Build long-term client relationships and support a smooth handover to implementation
• Represent Nawah at client meetings, events and industry exhibitions in Qatar

Required profile

• Currently based in Qatar with a valid Qatar Work Permit (QID)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP or business software sales / consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Nice to have: experience selling to manufacturing, trading or contracting companies in the GCC, Odoo functional certification and a valid Qatar driving license

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Odoo (preferred) or another ERP such as SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
