Office & Team Coordinator

About the role

Curve Solutions is looking for an organized, proactive coordinator in Doha to support daily agency operations, coordinate shoots and meetings and follow up on team tasks so projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Attend internal and client meetings, prepare minutes and circulate action points, responsibilities and deadlines
• Follow up on meeting actions and keep team members updated
• Maintain a daily task tracker, monitor deadlines and flag delays or blockers to management
• Coordinate with account managers, creatives and production teams on priorities and delivery schedules
• Plan shoot logistics: schedules, locations, crew, equipment, transport, permits and participant availability
• Prepare shoot schedules and call sheets, confirm arrangements and communicate changes
• Manage calendars, appointments and meeting room bookings
• Handle daily office needs, supplies, equipment and maintenance
• Liaise with suppliers, obtain quotations and follow up on bookings, orders and deliveries
• Organize project files, meeting records, schedules and administrative documents
• Support travel arrangements, employee onboarding and general administration

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in coordination, administration or production support, preferably in a creative, advertising or events agency
• Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Task management tools
• Able to write accurate meeting minutes and turn discussions into clear action points
