Operation Helper (With Forklift & Bobcat Licenses)

About the role

We are looking for an Operation Helper to support daily plant activities at our facility in Doha. The role involves assisting control‑room operators, performing start‑up and shutdown tasks, and carrying out routine inspections of equipment and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist control‑room operators in daily plant operations.
• Support start‑up, shutdown and normal running of plant units.
• Operate basic equipment under supervision, including pumps, valves and filters.
• Carry out field checks on reverse‑osmosis (RO) trains, intake and post‑treatment systems.
• Perform routine patrols of plant areas, inspecting pumps, pipelines, tanks, filters and chemical dosing systems.

Required profile

• Valid forklift operator licence.
• Valid Bobcat (mini‑excavator) licence.
• Ability to work under supervision in an industrial environment.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and conduct regular inspections.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Bobcat operation.
• Basic equipment handling (pumps, valves, filters).
• Field inspection and monitoring of plant systems.
• Understanding of RO train and water‑treatment equipment.
