Operations Manager – Multi‑Site Restaurants & Catering

About the role

A leading hospitality group in Doha is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Operations Manager to oversee multiple restaurants, catering outlets and the group’s events operation. This senior, hands‑on role ensures operational excellence, profitability and consistent service standards across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for day‑to‑day operations of multiple restaurants and catering outlets, conducting regular site visits and operational checks.
• Maintain consistent operational standards, service quality and commercial performance across all locations.
• Identify operational weaknesses and implement corrective action plans.
• Oversee catering division performance, improve efficiency, and develop systems for planning, staffing, logistics and event execution.
• Monitor revenue, labour, food costs, wastage and overall profitability; prepare regular commercial reports for the General Manager.
• Lead, coach and develop Restaurant Managers and Catering Managers, establishing clear KPIs and succession plans.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support future expansion and franchising by documenting procedures and assisting with new outlet openings.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years’ hospitality operations experience, with proven management of multiple restaurants and catering outlets.
• 3–4 years in a senior operations role (Operations Manager, Area Manager, Regional Operations Manager or equivalent).
• Strong multi‑site operational management, P&L responsibility and KPI‑driven performance improvement.
• Experience in franchise operations or business expansion is highly desirable.
• GCC hospitality experience preferred; Qatar experience an advantage.
