Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Techno‑Functional Consultant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves administering, supporting and optimizing the Oracle Hyperion EPM suite, ensuring high availability, security and performance while supporting financial planning, budgeting and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Oracle Hyperion environments (Essbase, Planning, HFM, FDMEE) across production, development, test and disaster‑recovery instances.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, backups, recovery and fail‑over testing.
• Maintain security, user access and shared services administration.
• Coordinate data loads between Oracle EBS and Hyperion FDMEE.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and month‑end/year‑end closing processes.
• Develop and enhance standard financial reports and dashboards.
• Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning and tune performance.
• Manage code deployments, version control and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion products, including at least 5 years in administration and support.
• Proven experience leading Hyperion upgrades and deployment projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
