Outlet Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Outlet Manager oversees the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and room service within a hospitality venue in West Bay, Doha. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation, and financial performance while supporting both guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day restaurant, bar/lounge, and room‑service activities.
• Maintain service quality, sanitation, and compliance with food‑handling and liquor laws.
• Assist with menu planning and adjust staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the food‑and‑beverage team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure adherence to all corporate policies, local regulations, and health‑safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage staff, resolve guest issues, and improve service standards.
• Strong understanding of sanitation, food safety, and liquor regulations.
