About the role
Dime International Mechanical Engineering W.L.L. is seeking a Painting Chargehand for its operations in Doha, Qatar. This full‑time permanent position is within the manufacturing and production sector and focuses on overseeing painting activities while upholding quality and safety standards. The role reports to the Production Manager and works closely with the maintenance team.
Key responsibilities
- Support and coordinate painting tasks and workers on site.
- Maintain painting quality standards throughout projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures related to painting work.
- Monitor progress and report any issues to supervisors.
Required profile
- Relevant painting experience (preferred, at least one year).
- Ability to coordinate painting activities and manage workers.
- Knowledge of painting quality and safety procedures.
- Prepared to bring an updated CV, original ID and passport copy.
- Available for the scheduled walk‑in interview.
