Part‑time Peer Reviewer – Dermatology (PhD)

About the role

We are seeking experienced researchers with a PhD in dermatology or a related field to join our remote peer‑review team on a long‑term, part‑time basis. You will evaluate manuscripts submitted to scientific journals, ensuring they meet high standards of originality, methodology, and ethical compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the novelty and scientific contribution of each manuscript.
• Review study design, methodology, and reproducibility.
• Verify that literature citations are comprehensive and up‑to‑date.
• Analyze results and conclusions for clarity and validity.
• Provide constructive, written feedback to authors.
• Recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection to the journal editor.

Required profile

• Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent in dermatology or a closely related discipline.
• At least five peer‑reviewed publications in SCI/SSCI journals within the past three years.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Prior experience as a peer reviewer is highly desirable.
