About the role

The Patient Services Associate provides front‑line administrative and clerical support at Aman Hospital. The role ensures patients experience a smooth and positive journey from registration through billing, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and families and provide courteous assistance.
• Register patients, verify insurance coverage, and collect required documentation.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
• Process billing, payments, and basic financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with healthcare policies and regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in healthcare administration or customer service.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health‑insurance processes is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional conduct.

Required skills
