People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

The People & Culture Coordinator supports the People & Culture Division at Mandarin Oriental Doha, ensuring smooth administration of HR processes, accurate colleague records, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This position plays a key part in upholding the hotel’s culture, values, and vision while providing a professional and confidential point of contact for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, confidential communication and reliable support to colleagues.
• Execute day‑to‑day personnel administration, responding promptly to requests and action plans.
• Maintain strong working relationships with all staff members.
• Deliver courteous and professional service at all times.
• Ensure colleagues understand and adhere to the hotel’s Colleagues Rules & Regulations.
• Communicate in‑house policies and ensure their implementation.
• Carry out People & Culture administration in line with Qatar’s legal requirements.
• Assist the Director of People & Culture and the Manager in the efficient operation of the division, following the People & Culture Operations Manual.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a 5‑star hotel environment (preferred).
• At least 1 year experience in a similar administrative or HR role.
• Vocational Diploma in Hospitality Operations or Human Resources.
• Degree or Higher National Diploma (or equivalent) in a related field.
