Performance Coordinator – Laundry Operations

About the role

The Performance Coordinator will shape and enforce high‑performing operational standards for Snoonu Laundry, ensuring every order is delivered with consistency, reliability, and excellence. You will build quality systems, manage vendor performance, and prepare the business for large‑scale growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document quality standards for all service types (wash & fold, dry clean, press, specialty).
• Develop end‑to‑end SOPs covering intake, cleaning, QC inspection, packaging, and handover.
• Conduct regular vendor audits, on‑site visits, scoring, and provide structured feedback.
• Manage damage and complaint processes, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement prevention systems.
• Set turnaround‑time SLAs, monitor adherence, and close performance gaps.
• Establish item‑tracking and custody accountability across the full customer‑to‑vendor journey.
• Onboard new vendors with qualification criteria, induction, and performance ramp‑up.
• Prepare processes for B2B scale, supporting high‑volume corporate or hotel accounts.
• Collaborate with the performance team to turn complaints into operational improvements.
• Build and develop the operations team to sustain quality as the business grows.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in laundry, housekeeping, facilities, soft‑services operations, or 4/5‑star hotel environments.
• Proven track record of setting and enforcing quality standards.
• Experience writing or implementing SOPs and operational playbooks.
• Managed vendor, supplier, or outsourcing relationships with a focus on quality accountability.
• Detail‑oriented with intolerance for inconsistency.
• Hands‑on attitude for early‑stage building before managing.
