Personal Trainer – Elite Fitness Coach

About the role

MTM Group Qatar is looking for a high‑performance Personal Trainer who combines elite physical conditioning with deep technical knowledge. The successful candidate will deliver customized training programs, inspire clients, and uphold the brand’s premium standards in a dynamic gym environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver safe, individualized training plans for goals such as fat loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments, set goals, and monitor progress, adjusting programs as needed.
• Coach proper exercise technique, mobility, recovery, and injury‑prevention strategies.
• Build strong client relationships through motivation, education, and accountability.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and high session quality.
• Uphold personal fitness standards that reflect the brand’s image.
• Collaborate with fitness and front‑desk teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay current with fitness science, equipment trends, and training methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 Personal Training certification (REPs, CIMSPA, NASM, ACE, ISSA or equivalent).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• At least 3 years of personal training experience, preferably in a premium or luxury gym.
• Physically fit with an athletic appearance.
• Strong command of English; conversational Arabic is a plus.
• Professional, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Level 3 Personal Training certification (REPs, CIMSPA, NASM, ACE, ISSA or equivalent).
• CPR & First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and program design.
• English language proficiency.
