Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, hospitals and pharmacies across Doha. The role involves building strong relationships, delivering product presentations and achieving sales targets in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals and pharmacies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to shape sales strategies.
• Attend medical conferences, seminars and trade shows to expand the network.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide market feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and territory performance using CRM software.
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, healthcare systems and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and data analysis.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
