About the role

The Pharmacy Operations Manager will lead daily operations across our retail pharmacy locations in Simaisma. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth workflow, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Oversee pharmacy workflows and supervise technicians and support staff.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate ordering, and manage stock control.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Analyze performance data and implement process improvements.
Support staff training, development, and performance management.
Collaborate with senior leadership on operational strategy.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field; licensure preferred.
Proven experience in retail pharmacy management, including inventory control and regulatory compliance.
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
Effective communication and leadership skills for guiding diverse teams.
