Photo Booth Assistant

About the role

MirMir Qatar is a luxury photo booth provider offering premium instant photography for events, private celebrations and branded experiences. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Photo Booth Assistant based in Doha, Qatar. The assistant sets up, operates and packs down photo booth equipment, guides guests through the photo-taking process and ensures smooth guest flow.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and pack down photo booth equipment at events, with optimal lighting and camera positioning
• Guide guests through the photo-taking process and manage props and backdrops
• Oversee instant printing and digital delivery of photos
• Perform basic image editing or retouching as required
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor technical issues
• Communicate with event organizers and team members and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

Required profile

• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in events, hospitality or photography is an advantage
• Able to work on-site at events, including evenings and weekends, and able to lift heavy items
• Attention to detail, reliability and the ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments
• Must hold a driver's license and be under family sponsorship

Required skills

• Basic photography skills, including camera operation and composition
• Knowledge of lighting techniques and ability to adjust lighting for indoor and outdoor events
• Ability to learn new programs or software and good technological skills
• Clear, courteous communication and a customer-focused approach
