Photographer / Videographer – Short‑Form Video Specialist

About the role

You turn fast shoots into tight edits that perform. From property walk‑throughs, fashion and hospitality to brand launches and events, you plan, shoot, light, and edit short‑form stories that make people stop scrolling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop pre‑production assets such as shot lists, storyboards, and conduct location checks.
• Shoot vertical‑first video using mirrorless cameras and iPhone with clean audio and smart lighting.
• Edit footage in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, adding strong pacing, captions, and sound design.
• Create motion titles and lightweight graphics in After Effects when needed.
• Capture still images for thumbnails, press, and social media.
• Deliver multiple crops and cut‑downs that meet platform specifications.
• Manage media, proxies, and export workflows for speed and quality.
• Collaborate with strategists to test hooks and iterate based on results.

• Works autonomously under pressure while delivering magic.
• Team player who respects brand guidelines, takes feedback, and can brief talent and manage a set.

Required skills
