Plaster Technician - Heritage Restoration

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Plaster Technician in Doha to carry out plastering work as part of restoration and maintenance projects at heritage sites. The role requires knowledge of plaster types, components and application techniques, and safe handling of materials and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Execute plaster works at assigned restoration and maintenance sites.
• Prepare and work with different types of plaster and their components.
• Handle plastering materials and tools required for field activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members during execution.
• Follow approved safety and security procedures at restoration sites.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while completing assigned work.
• Perform tasks under the direct supervision of approved engineers and supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant plastering or restoration experience.
• Good knowledge of plaster works and their components.
• Ability to handle plastering materials and tools.
• Good physical fitness, patience, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of site safety and security procedures.
• Ability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, as per site requirements.
